B2B warning lists
Description
For most articles, customers get a renewal proposal a few weeks before their article expires. In this proposal, the PTO proposes the best price it can find for the customer and article in question.
If the customer bought the article with a particular B2B reduction and he is still entitled to that reduction, the price in the renewal proposal will probably use that reduction. If the B2B partner wants this, he can receive a warning list including the beneficiaries that are about the get a renewal proposal that uses the B2B reduction.
Purpose
Warning lists allow B2B partners to keep their lists of beneficiaries up to date. They can check, for example, if particular beneficiaries should be removed from the beneficiary list or some info should be edited.
If changes are required, the contact person of the B2B partner can edit the list and send it back to the B2B manager. He can then import the updated list to keep the list of B2B beneficiaries up to date.
